All benefits in this Notice are temporary and available until Bulletin 2020-16-INS ends, which will be 90 days after the Governor’s state of emergency ends, unless extended to a later date by law, regulation or executive order.

New Jersey Policyholder Notice by General Star National Insurance Company

General Star National Insurance Company (“we”) implemented actions required of licensed insurers by Bulletin 20-15 issued by the Commissioner of the Department of Banking and Insurance on April 10, 2020. Benefits are temporary. They are available until the end of Executive Order 123, unless extended to a later date by law, regulation, executive order or otherwise. Any benefit that begins during this temporary period will stay in force if the timeline for the benefit goes beyond the end of the Executive Order, for example, the 90-day grace period or 12 months of installment payments.
