Wind Deductible Buyback

GenStar offers a Wind Deductible Buyback Property Program. Coverage is written through designated producers who perform underwriting and administrative functions on behalf of GenStar.

Allows a commercial risk to buy down their commercial property wind deductible with any carrier.
Coverage is provided for the perils of wind hail. Extended to all wind or hail events at the covered location, or on a “named storm” basis only.
Available for Building, Personal Property, Business Income, Improvements and Betterments covered under a Commercial Policy Form.
Coverage is available for risks located along the East Coast from Maine to South Carolina, except Connecticut

Commercial properties with up to $5,000,000 in total insured values
Referral needed if risk has had any wind or hail losses at a covered location within the past five years or if frame construction is over 75 years of age and less than 2,500 feet to tidal water.

Ineligible exposures

Any risk located on a Boardwalk or Pier

Up to $100,000 on any one policy
