Eligible Exposures
- All classes of business that are eligible (Y) for both Property & General Liability
- All General Star renewals and new package policies
- Replaces the need for the COMPAC endorsement, which remains available for Monoline Property policies
Underwriting Criteria
- Available only on package policies
- Risks must meet General Star eligibility criteria (based on our underwriting guide)
- Property must be eligible for and written with Special Causes of loss (Basic/Broad causes of loss are not eligible)
- A minimum of 80% coinsurance must be met.
Ineligible:
- Extra Expense Only
- Builders Risk Coverage form
- Condominium Commercial Unit-Owners Coverage form
- Flat (no coinsurance) coverage
