• Up to $5,000,000 in limits over Abuse & Molestation on claims made form
• $1,000,000 in Abuse & Molestation excess coverage on occurrence form
• Non-admitted coverage is offered in all states

• Residential Facilities
• Up to $5,000,000 in excess coverage over Home Healthcare Facilities (Prof. Liab. must be on claims made form)
• Up to $5,000,000 in excess coverage over Incidental Foster Care exposures (total adoption & foster care placements of 25 or less

• Nursing homes

• Methadone treatment facilities
• Physicians
• Acute care/trauma care facilities
• Rehab facilities for spinal cord injuries, trauma brain injuries, amputation and burn victims
• Alternative to incarceration/Court ordered detention facilities

Submission Requirements

• All submissions must be complete and signed by the insured
• Our Abuse & Molestation supplemental application must be completed if this coverage is desired
•  Breakout of all exposures and professional staff
• Underlying carriers must have an AM Best rating of A-V or better
• 5 years of currently valued loss runs
