Coverage Offered

• Will consider excess GL, AL, and EL on a direct excess basis
• Up to $5MM can be considered on most eligible construction risks
• Able to offer coverage on a project specific basis, or over all of the insured’s operations if it is an eligible risk
• Coverage can be offered on a single policy for an annual term

Target Risks

• Artisan or specialty contractors
• Smaller to mid-sized risks (Gross Revenues or Project Costs less than $10,000,000)
• Excess OCP Liability
• Project specific work
• Repair and renovation work
• Commercial projects

Ineligible Exposures

• New residential development
• Environmental contractors
• Pool contractors
• Wrap-up policies

• Complete and current Accord Application
• Copy of the supplemental application used to quote the underlying GL
