| Excess Auto Quick Quote (EAQQ)
The Casualty Division provides Excess Auto Quick Quote (EAQQ) for small commercial fleets subject to eligibility requirements. For access to EAQQ please complete the EAQQ Cover Page and include with formal submission to GSubmit@generalstar.com
Risk Appetite
- Major commercial auto classifications including private passenger vehicles, funeral directors, limo, employee shuttle vans, trucks and tractor trailers (hauling non-hazardous materials), and local and intermediate buses
- Local, intermediate, and long haul radius operations are eligible
- Maximum of five auto units allowed per policy
- Minimum underlying limit $1,000,000 CSL
- Acceptable motor vehicle reports (no DUI / DWI)
- Offered on non-admitted basis only
Capacity
Up to $4,000,000 excess $1,000,000 underlying insurance for the following risks:
- Local and Intermediate radius
- Vehicle types other than long-haul radius vehicles and Heavy and
X-Heavy tractor trailers (all radii)
Up to $2,000,000 excess $1,000,000 underlying insurance for the following risks:
- Long-Haul radius vehicles regardless of automobile classification
- Heavy and X-Heavy Tractor Trailers (all radii)
Coverage Offered
- Direct excess auto liability only
- Scheduled autos only
- No more than five (5) vehicle units
- Excluded: Hired and Non-Owned, Abuse, and Professional
Pricing
- Policy Minimum Premium : $2,000
- Minimum Premium per Mil: $1,500
Ineligible Exposures
- More than three auto liability losses and/or individual auto liability loss over $50,000 in the last three years
- DUI/DWI violations on driver(s) motor vehicle report
- Taxis, executive car servies, emergecny vehicles, fast food
delivery, coal haulers, firework haulers, tow trucks, fuel oil
haulers, zone-rated buses, social service buses, charter buses,
and any haulers of HAZMATS are ineligible for the program
Submission Requirements
- Completed EAQQ Cover Page
- Description of operations and use of the autos
- Driver's list including name, license number,state, and date of birth
- Limit Desired
Binder Requirements
- Three years currently-valued loss history
- Schedule of autos including type, weight, use, capacity, commodities hauled, and radius
- Complete and current schedule of all drivers including drivers name, license numbers, state, and date of birth
- Identification of underlying carrier (A.M. Best A-V or better) limits, policy period, and premium
