non-admitted basis, in select states for designated producers.
Coverage Offered
- ISO Liquor Liability Form available on a monoline or package basis
- Limited to the following states: California, Florida, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Washington
- No Required Deductibles
- Assault & Battery Sublimit up to $300,000 available
- Punitive Damage Exclusion Applies
Risk Appetite
- Restaurants with liquor sales less than 60% combined annual food and liquor receipts
- Convenience /Grocery stores with liquor sales than 25% of total receipts
- Package Stores
- Restaurants in Private Clubs or Hotel/ Motel
